thank you for delivering the EuropeCenter, the International Diamond Way Buddhist Center of the Karma Kagyu Lineage.

In order to process your invoices fast please follow the guidelines in this Document.

1. Invoice Receiver

2. Contact Person

Always include the person from EuropeCenter who placed the order!
We cannot process your Invoice without the contact!

3. Supplier from other european countries

If you have NO VAT ID and do not need to add VAT because of your local tax rules:

Include your TAX ID and include a description why NO VAT is added to the invoice.
E.g. "No VAT added because non-profit organisation pay no VAT in <your country>".

If you have NO VAT ID but need to add VAT because of your local tax rules:

You need to apply for a VAT ID in your country. We cannot accept and pay your invoice

If you have a VAT ID:

The Invoice needs to include your

• Full Name,
• Adress,
• your VAT ID,
• the VAT ID of the Int. Diamond Way Buddhism Foundation: DE242423523,
• the following note: "Reverse-Charge: Recipient of service is liable for VAT",
• there should be no VAT added to the NET Sum,
• the currency must be included.

4. Delivery of Invoice

We prefer to receive the Invoice as PDF to the E-Mail Address invoice@ecteam.online
